Strengths, not job titles

The assessment looks at how you work with people, structure and problems — not just your previous roles.

Entry points that exist

We compare the tasks and requirements of possible first roles. Vacancy availability and competition vary by employer and location.

Training that bridges the gap

Where you have gaps, our training covers the practical skills — with practice and feedback, not just videos.

Will anyone hire me without experience?

Some entry-level vacancies consider transferable experience, while others ask for relevant work history. Check each role and demonstrate your skills honestly. Training or an assessment cannot guarantee an offer.

Career questions, answered

How can I apply for a new field without direct experience?

Look for vacancies that genuinely describe entry-level responsibilities. Match your customer, administration, study or volunteer examples to the selection criteria. Practise the tasks the role involves and show how you learn. No direct experience does not mean no useful skills, but it does not remove an employer's requirements.

What evidence can I use when I have not held the job before?

Use honest examples from work, study or volunteering: explaining a process, organising a deadline, researching a problem or helping someone use a tool. Keep confidential details out of work samples. A clear example of your actions is more useful than claiming expertise you have not developed.
