We focus on tech sales, customer success and professional services, helping people explore how their existing skills relate to these pathways.
We offer free assessments and free consultations, we tell people plainly when a pathway isn't right for them, and we never guarantee outcomes we can't control.
What we believe
- Honest guidance beats persuasive selling. If a pathway isn't right for you, we say so.
- No salary promises, no job guarantees, no fake urgency. Decisions made under pressure are bad decisions.
- Skills transfer. People changing industries bring more than they think — our job is to translate it.
