Question 1

How much does the career assessment cost?

Accepted Answer

Nothing — the assessment and the follow-up consultation are free. If a training pathway makes sense for you, we explain the options and costs clearly before you decide on anything.

Question 2

How long does the assessment take?

Accepted Answer

About sixty seconds. You answer a few questions about your interests and experience, then leave your details. Our team will review your enquiry and follow up where appropriate; submitting does not book an appointment.

Question 3

Do I need experience or a degree?

Accepted Answer

You do not need a degree or direct experience to take the free assessment. Employers and training programs set their own entry requirements, which may include qualifications or relevant experience. The consultation helps you identify what to check.

Question 4

What happens in the consultation?

Accepted Answer

A career consultant reviews your assessment with you, talks through which pathway fits, and explains what training and preparation would involve. There is no pressure to commit.

Question 5

Do you guarantee me a job?

Accepted Answer

No. We provide guidance, training and career preparation support — we never guarantee a job or a specific income. Anyone who promises that is not being straight with you.

Question 6

Is Upskillr a registered training organisation?

Accepted Answer

Do not assume an assessment or training pathway provides a nationally recognised qualification. Ask the team for written provider and qualification details before choosing training, and verify any registration through training.gov.au.

Question 7

Who is the assessment for?

Accepted Answer

The assessment is for Australians exploring tech sales, customer success and professional services. Confirm training availability and delivery options for your location during the consultation.
